Responsibilities:
Lead daily bread production and ensure consistent quality
Train, manage, and supervise the bakery team
Set up production systems, schedules, and SOPs
Support store opening preparations and future expansion
Uphold Standard Bread's baking standards and brand DNA
Requirements:
Proven experience as Head Baker / Lead Baker / Senior Baker
Strong background in artisan bread baking and fermentation
Hands-on leader with training and team management skills
Highly disciplined, organized, and quality-driven
Willing to train in Seoul, South Korea
