Job Summary:
The Head Baker oversees the daily production of all baked goods, ensuring consistent quality, freshness, and adherence to brand standards. This role is responsible for leading the bakery team, managing inventory and food costs, maintaining food safety compliance, and developing baked products that align with the restaurant's concept and guest expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation and production of breads, pastries, and baked goods in accordance with approved recipes and quality standards
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, portioning, and presentation of all bakery items
Lead, train, and supervise the bakery team, ensuring proper baking techniques and workflow efficiency
Develop, test, and refine baked products based on seasonal trends, brand direction, and customer preferences
