As Head Barperson at Ashdown Park Hotel you will have the chance to make this role your own, creating a cocktail and drinks list that rivals the very best bars. Based in the stunning Cocktail bar you will delight our guests with your skills and knowledge and have the ability to create and wow people with a range of cocktails and drinks.

Key responsibilities

  • To manage the complete operation and administration of the Lounge bar and Cocktail Bar department.

  • Be a constant presence and host within the bar area to greet guests, present menus and take orders as required.

  • Supervise all areas of guest service, ensuring the highest level of attention at all times.

  • Set the standards in the Bars in conjunction with the Lounge Manager.

  • Ensure the quality of food and beverage produce is of the highest standard at all times.
