Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head Barista to lead a premium coffee operation in Qatar. This is an exciting international opportunity for a passionate coffee professional ready to manage quality, people, & performance at the highest level.
We are also recruiting for Barista & Junior Barista positions (QAR 3500 – QAR 4400)
Key Responsibilities
Lead & train barista teams to deliver exceptional coffee & service
Maintain consistency in beverage quality, recipes, & presentation
Oversee daily operations, stock control, & operating equipment
Drive customer experience & uphold brand standards

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Barista or Senior Barista within high-end/ leading coffee brands
Available to join at short notice
Strong knowledge of specialty coffee, espresso, & brewing methods
Capable of recipe development
Leadership skills and training experience
