Job Description

• Make and serve specialty coffee and other beverages
• Speak and interact with both new and regular customers
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workstation.
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Contribute to a positive team environment
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned by immediate superior

Job Qualification

• Preferably has a diploma or degree in Culinary-related courses
• Has a barista background of 3 years
• Knows or is trainable on how to calibrate machines
• Knowledgeable on Coffee and Alcoholic Drinks
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Well organized and detail-oriented
