Head Bartender

A Head Bartender leads daily bar operations, supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality, efficient service to maximize revenue.

• Leadership & Management: Supervises bartenders, conducts staff training on techniques and service standards, creates work schedules, and handles performance coaching.
• Inventory & Cost Control: Tracks inventory levels, places orders with vendors, monitors waste, and maintains cost-effective inventory management.
• Operational Excellence: Inspects the bar, ensures proper setup/closing
• Menu Development: Creates and updates cocktail menus, develops specialty drinks, and sets pricing.
• Customer Service: Provides top-tier service, handles complaints professionally, and fosters a positive, welcoming environment.
• Hands-on Support: Works during busy shifts to mix, garnish, and serve drinks, stepping in for staff as needed
