Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cebu for a Head Bartender. The Head Bartender will manage bar operations, create and serve a variety of beverages, and ensure excellent service to customers. Responsibilities include supervising bar staff, maintaining inventory, managing cleanliness and hygiene standards, crafting creative drink menus, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Additionally, the Head Bartender will be expected to foster teamwork among staff and oversee compliance with health and safety regulations.

Strong mixology and drink preparation skills, including proficiency in crafting innovative cocktails and classic beverages
