We are looking for a confident and experienced Head Bartender to lead our bar team and elevate the guest experience at Sofitel Bahrain.

As Head Bartender, you will oversee the full bar operation, ensuring high standards of service, creativity, and consistency. You will play a key role in curating beverage menus, driving revenue, and creating a lively yet refined atmosphere that reflects our luxury brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily bar operations and lead the bar team
• Design and update cocktail menus, including signature creations
• Maintain excellent service standards and guest engagement
• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage supplier orders
• Train and develop bartenders to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policies
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively
