In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving innovation in our cocktail menu.

What you'll be doing

1. Spearhead day to day operations
2. Running the bar during events — from intimate tastings to high-end functions
3. Assisting in research and development of new cocktails and menus
4. Conducting tasting sessions with clients
5. Managing bar preparations and event logistics
6. Helping oversee supplies, staff coordination, and smooth bar operations
7. Train bartenders/employees
8. Monitor and control bar inventory, costs, and profitability
