Head Bartender

Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is looking for a Head Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team.

Based at Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca, the Head Bartender will be responsible for delivering an outstanding and creative beverage experience. This role involves leading by example in daily bar operations, supporting outlet team members as required, and ensuring all operational tasks are carried out to the highest standards under the guidance of the respective managers and supervisors.

As Head Bartender, you will be responsible for the duties listed below and will also support service teams in serving food and beverage, cleaning work areas, and maintaining a sanitary environment. You may be required to assist other outlets as directed by the outlet manager.
