About The Role
We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead the Business Performance Analysis (BPA) function for our Corporate Banking and Commercial Banking divisions at RHB Bank Berhad. As Head, BPA – Corporate & Commercial Banking, you will play a critical role in shaping business strategies, driving financial performance, and supporting senior management with timely insights to achieve business goals and KPIs.This role works closely with business heads, Group Finance, and key stakeholders across the Group to ensure strong performance management, effective cost control, and sound financial governance.
What You Will Be Doing
Keep abreast of developments in the local corporate market landscape and provide analytics for benchmarking in Corporate Banking's peers and competitive analysis.
Work with Group Finance on the annual budgeting to ensure that targets are in line with RHB Group's expectations.
