Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale university campus infrastructure projects.
Drive land due diligence, master planning, and concept development aligned to growth strategy.
Oversee design management, value engineering, and capital budgeting for projects of varying scale.
Manage selection and governance of PMCs, architects, consultants, and contractors.
Monitor project timelines, costs, quality, and regulatory compliance to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure adherence to statutory approvals, safety norms, and environmental standards.
Oversee commissioning, handover, and lifecycle management of completed assets.
