Head Building Operator IV Position

With 3-5 years of supervisory experience, you will ensure effective operations, and continuous evaluation of staff performance and maintenance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise cleaning and grounds maintenance tasks
• Communicate property defects to the Principal
• Evaluate and manage caretaking staff's performance
• Ensure proper heating and mechanical function during school hours
• Review and schedule cleaning tasks annually
