Head Cashier & Front-End Leader

The Home Depot in Colombia, Cauca, Norte is seeking a Head Cashier to oversee a team of cashiers in delivering exceptional customer service. In this role, you will manage checkout transactions and support your team by training and coaching new cashiers, ensuring efficiency and accuracy at the point of sale.

The ideal candidate will have over 1 year of experience in a retail cashier role and a passion for customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include minimizing shrink through adherence to policies and providing first-level customer issue resolution.
