The Head of COE serves as the organisation's central authority for standardisation, competency building, SOP governance, and productivity enhancement, ensuring that operational best practices, training systems, and improvement initiatives are consistently developed, implemented, and embedded across estates, mills, and supporting functions to support THP's operational performance and long-term sustainability.

Education / Professional Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Plantation Management, Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.

Professional Experience

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu and English, with the ability to prepare high-quality reports, policy documents, SOPs, training materials, and to communicate effectively with senior management, operational teams, and external stakeholders.
