Working closely alongside a highly talented Executive Chef, this is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, fresh food operation serving high-volume covers without compromising on quality.
This is not your average kitchen. During peak season, the business delivers food sales of around £60,000 per week, with consistent trade throughout the quieter months still reaching circa £15,000 weekly. Expect busy services, a strong brigade, and a kitchen culture built around standards, teamwork and development.
