OPEN POSITIONS:

HEAD CHEF
Lead our kitchen team and oversee all food preparation and presentation. Develop menus, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Proven experience in a leadership role required. Culinary expertise and passion for Spanish cuisine are a plus.

BARTENDER
Craft exceptional drinks and create memorable experiences for our guests. Prepare and serve beverages, maintain bar inventory, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Experience preferred with knowledge of cocktails, wines, and Spanish spirits.

WAITRESS
Provide excellent guest service from arrival to departure. Take orders, serve food and drinks, and ensure a pleasant dining experience by the water. Positive attitude and team player mindset essential.
