Position Summary:
The Chef de Partie - Baker oversees the production of baked goods, supervises and trains bakery staff, and ensures compliance with recipes, storage, and USPH standards. They maintain equipment functionality and report issues to the Executive Chef.

Key Requirements:
- Experience as Baker Cook, Chef de Partie - Baker, Head Baker, or Baker Chef in a cruise or large hotel/resort.
- Strong supervisory and training skills.
- Knowledge of bakery operations and food safety standards.
