We are seeking a versatile Head Chef to take creative leadership of the kitchen at an award-winning boutique estate. This is a culinary and guest-facing position; with the support of an on-site Stock Control and Credit Manager who handles all kitchen administration and paperwork. Our ideal candidate is a culinary all-rounder who can execute delicate seasonal tasting menus, oversee large bespoke weddings, and demonstrates solid capability in pastry.

Minimum Requirements Recognized formal culinary arts qualification. 5+ years of experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a five-star lodge, luxury boutique hotel, or fine dining establishment.
