A major renovation is underway, and soon perched above our iconic Flinders Lane venue will be the Rooftop Garden: a 300-seat, all-season, open-air oasis overlooking the Melbourne CBD. Designed for long afternoons, after-work catch-ups and big weekend sessions, it’s everything people already love about Garden State… just higher.

We’re now searching for a Head Chef ready to lead one of Melbourne’s most exciting hospitality transformations.
