Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Head Chef for one of our well-established clients in Kenmare, Co. Kerry

The ideal Head Chef will possess a strong culinary background, exceptional leadership skills, and a creative flair for menu development.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3-5 Years Head Chef Experience within busy restaurants or hotel environments essential for the role.

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and kitchen audits.

  • Effective communication skills with kitchen staff, management and customers.

  • The ability to consistently perform well in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a kitchen team.

  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, food hygiene and safety standards.
