Head Chef

Full time role working predominantly Monday to Friday with some weekends for events during the year.

THE POSITION
Oversee a multifaceted catering operation, delivering everything from refined daily meals to large-scale, high-end functions and special events. 

Plan, supervise, and monitor the food production across residential, retail, functions and events activity across campuses

Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
