Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Thai restaurant kitchens
• Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a kitchen management role
• Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine (Boat Noodles, Gaprao dishes preferred)
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment
• Basic English communication skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update restaurant menus
• Establish and manage kitchen SOPs to ensure consistent quality and efficiency
• Personally oversee cooking and food presentation to meet brand standards
• Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to improve overall performance
• Supervise ingredient purchasing, storage, and inventory control
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety compliance
