Job Description

HEAD CHEF (INDIAN CUISINE) - KUWAIT
We are currently on the hunt for a Head Chef (Indian Cuisine) for one of our clients Indian Restaurant in Kuwait. The Head Chef willdirect all kitchen operations, creating authentic and modern menus while ensuring high-quality, consistent, and safe food preparation. We are looking for someone with high energy and a great personality.
Role brief:
Prepare, cook, and oversee the production of a wide range of authentic, traditional, and modern Indian dishes, including curry and tandoor, with high-quality presentation
Design, create, and cost menus featuring seasonal ingredients and in-line with restaurant concepts and customer preferences.
Manage daily operations, including inventory, food cost analysis, and supplier relationships to ensure profitability
Lead, train, and supervise a team of junior chefs and cooks, fostering a productive, high-standard, and safe working environment.
