About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at ELITE TRANSFORM CONSULTING PLT' as a Head Chef. As Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading and managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality dining experiences for our customers. This is a full-time position based in Senai Johor.

What you'll be doing

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management
2. Ensuring all food items are prepared to the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation
3. Managing and training a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff
4. Developing and implementing new menu items and recipes
5. Maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards
6. Liaising with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
7. Monitoring and controlling kitchen budgets and inventory
