Head Chef

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all kitchen staff
• Standardize recipes & portions
• Control food cost & waste
• Batch cooking
• Maintain cleanliness & food safety
• Develop new menu items using herbs (basil, dill, rosemary, mint, etc.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years experience as Chef / Kitchen Head
• Strong Filipino cuisine background
• Knowledge in inventory, costing, and production
• Leadership and discipline
• Lives near Marikina (preferred)

Compensation:

• ₱35,000–₱45,000 + benefits + meals + bonuses

(Depending on experience)
