Baba & Kaur Northern Cuisine is looking for an experienced and skilled Northern Indian Head Chef to lead our kitchen team. We are seeking a passionate professional with strong knowledge of authentic North Indian cooking and kitchen management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily North Indian kitchen operations
• Prepare and supervise authentic North Indian dishes including curries, tandoori items, naan, chapati, biryani, gravies, and snacks
• Maintain consistent taste, quality, and food presentation
• Develop and standardize recipes and cooking procedures
• Manage and train kitchen staff and helpers
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and food safety compliance at all times
• Monitor stock levels and handle ordering of ingredients
