We're looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at a busy restaurant in Migori You'll oversee daily operations, create innovative menus, manage inventory, ensure top-notch food quality.-
Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare menus, ensuring timely processing and updates
- Manage kitchen staff, inventory, and supplies
- Maintain high food quality and presentation standards
- Ensure food safety and hygiene regulations are met
- Requirements:
- Culinary diploma/degree
- 4+ years experience as a chef, preferably in a similar setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Creativity in menu development
