Job Description

 We are currently recruiting a Head Chef for this new opening scheduled for early July. Boasting a spectacular fit out with high-end, casual design in a prime location in Limerick, this will be a busy destination from the get-go with solid customer base. They now require an experienced Head Chef to oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, team management and culinary design including:
 Ensure the highest standards of food preparation and delivery
 Show innovation and strategic direction in food planning and menu development
 Compliance with all H&S and food safety regulations
 Supplier relations
 Monitor all kitchen costs against agreed budgets
 Training and development of team on all kitchen procedures
 Roster management
 The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience as Head Chef in busy, upscale dining destinations, opening experience a strong advantage. Further candidate attributes include:
