1. Menu Execution & Localization

• Implement the standard menu provided by HQ while having the flexibility to adjust up to 10% based on local market demand and ingredient availability (e.g., modifying spice levels, substituting seasonal local ingredients).
• Ensure all dishes comply with Singapore Food Agency (SFA) food safety and hygiene regulations, including clear labeling for dietary requirements such as halal or vegetarian options.
