Head Chef/Kitchen Manager

I am opening a new restaurant in Benoni, Gauteng, and I am seeking your assistance in sourcing a Head Chef & Kitchen Co-ordinator.

This is a senior, hands-on role and the most important requirement is that the candidate must specialise in meat, game meat, and sauces. Strong experience in developing and testing recipes, managing kitchen operations, and leading staff is essential.
