Position: Head – Civil Projects

Location: Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

The position is accountable for achieving investment project objectives – EHS, quality, cost, and schedule – related to Civil engineering discipline of entire portfolio of projects. The position is the focal point of responsibility and authority overseeing the Civil, Structural, and Interior (CSI) aspects of these investment projects from conceptualization & planning to execution & commissioning.

Project Proposals:

- Evaluation of land options for green field projects with Chief/ Head – Projects.

- Study existing infrastructure layout with plant engineering team.

- Connect with Head – Projects to understand the project CSI requirements, define project CSI scope and prepare estimate for CSI discipline costs including costs for construction and statutory approvals.

- Repair and structural strengthening of existing plants.
