Head Coach for U14 Ski Team

Lead the U14 alpine program at Grouse Mountain Tyee Ski Club in North Vancouver, BC. Inspire young athletes while fostering a positive and performance-oriented training environment.
The U14 Head Coach plays a vital role in developing high-performance ski racers within the club. You will create and oversee training and competition plans, manage logistical operations, and promote athlete welfare. Your leadership will help nurture strong technical foundations and healthy training habits in accordance with Alpine Canada’s standards. You’ll also guide assistant coaches and build lasting relationships within the ski community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and execute the annual U14 training strategy
• Lead training camps and on-snow preparation
• Coordinate athlete safety and team culture
• Provide feedback and updates to athletes and families
