Head Coach - New Club Opening

As Head Coach, you will lead the fitness function within our new Dublin club by setting the tone, driving commercial performance and building a high-performing coaching culture from day one.

• Recruit, develop and mentor a team of Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers, creating a results-driven and accountable environment.
• Take full ownership of MOVE, REDEFINE, Personal Training and Group Training, ensuring delivery is consistently high-quality and commercially effective.
• Drive PT penetration, REDEFINE sales, secondary spend and member retention through strong KPI management and clear action planning.
• Lead onboarding excellence by championing MOVE and ensuring every new member receives a structured, motivating start to their journey.
• Manage the group training timetable, optimising occupancy, instructor performance and member engagement.
