Head Company Secretary

Our client, a leading MNC in the manufacturing space is looking to hire a Company Secretary and Legal Counsel for their Corporate legal and compliance team in Thane.

Professionals with 12–20 years of experience, preferably in listed companies and large manufacturing organizations, with significant experience working in a designated Company Secretary role, would be ideal for this position.

Please note : LLB is mandatory for this role.
