 Description 
 The head cosmetician plans, organizes and controls the operational activities and human resources of the cosmetics department. 

  Responsibilities:
Ensure exemplary customer service for the cosmetics department

Set and achieve sales goals

Plan, organize and control the operations of the cosmetics department

Manage purchases and sales

Manage the cosmetics team

Make contact with customers and ask questions to identify their needs

Apply makeup and conduct events/presentations

Organize sales activities

Perform customer transactions

Recruit and select experienced cosmeticians, oversee the training of cosmeticians

Provide leadership and promote best practices in performance management to all cosmeticians

Ensure good communications with the managers and pharmacists of the stores
