Job Description

What You Will Do  
Own and drive the product roadmap for digital securities, crypto custody, staking, and DLT‑based settlement systems, aligned to licensed CSD and FMI requirements. 
Manage a team of product managers who will define functional and technical specifications including smart‑contract standards, token models, custody workflows, validator/consensus considerations, APIs, and integration layers. Oversee the cross‑functional delivery of the roadmap. 
Oversee transformation of digital securities lifecycle processes on DLT (issuance, custody, primary/secondary settlement, corporate actions) and coordinate with wholesale CBDC pilots. 
Strong contribution to thought leadership activities including workshops with external stakeholders (public and private sector), representation at events, public speaking engagements etc..
