This role is ideal for a creative leader ready to shape premium leather collections for US & EU markets while leading and mentoring a talented design team.
The Role
Lead creative direction and seasonal collections (jackets, pants, vests, footwear & accessories)
Translate global trends (biker, streetwear, western) into commercially successful designs
Oversee tech packs, sampling, production feasibility & quality standards
Mentor designers and collaborate with merchandising, marketing & sales teams
Drive innovation with export-ready, on-time collections
What We're Looking For
7–10+ years of experience in leather fashion design
Senior/Head Designer experience with team leadership exposure
