Job Purpose

• Lead and manage the strategic growth and operational excellence of the Bank’s distribution channels which include multi-asset and multi-client distribution platforms.
• Drive profitability through effective product distribution, client engagement, and alignment with the Bank’s overall business objectives.

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and execute distribution strategies to achieve annual KPIs and long-term growth targets.
• Align distribution initiatives with the Bank’s strategic priorities, including multi-asset and multi client distribution, and client wallet optimization.

Business Development & Client Engagement

• Expand and deepen relationships with retail, CHNW and Digital clients to maximize wallet share.
• Drive cross-selling opportunities across equity, fixed income, derivatives, and other multi-asset products.
