Head E-commerce (GCC & India)

Our client a leading luxury retail is seeking a commercially driven and strategic Head of E-commerce & Marketplace Growth to lead the end-to-end digital commerce business across our owned channels and marketplace ecosystem.

This leadership role carries full responsibility for E-commerce P&L, marketplace expansion, technology governance, operations excellence, and sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in scaling our digital business across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, GCC, and India while driving profitability, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

• Own and drive overall E-commerce and marketplace revenue, profitability, and growth.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, demand planning, and commercial performance.
• Monitor key business metrics including sales, margin, conversion, AOV, and customer retention.
