The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and model excellent classroom practice, in line with our school's teaching and learning policy. They will also support the Principal and Senior Leadership Team in staff development, safeguarding, and whole-school improvement.

• Lead teachers to ensure consistently high standards of teaching, assessment, and inclusion.
• Use data effectively to drive student outcomes and KHDA inspection readiness.

• Demonstrated leadership experience within a school setting at Key Stage level or equivalent middle/senior leadership role.
• A secure understanding of curriculum design and assessment methods for tracking student progress.
