Managing the day-to-day operations of Engineering & Bond Underwriting with the objective of ensuring effective and efficient Underwriting process. Champion the Engineering & Bond portfolio, lead the development and execution of underwriting strategies, and drive profitable growth within this underwriting segment.

Portfolio Management

1. Implement strategies Fire, Engineering & Bond business lines segment, to optimize portfolio performance, mitigate risks and drive profitability in line with GEGM objectives
2. Monitor and analyse the portfolio performance, key metrics and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Underwriting Leadership

1. Provide leadership and guidance to Engineering & Bond underwriting team, ensuring adherence to underwriting guidelines, policies and regulatory requirement
