Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree or MBA - 10+ YoE in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ability to launch product features, project/program management, consulting - 5+ YoE managing manager of managers.
• Experience working with P&L data to drive growth.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively multi-task and manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Strong verbal and business written communications skills in English and Spanish, with a track record of influencing others through writing
• Proficient in advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dynamic Arrays (e.g., FILTER, SORT), and IFERROR for efficient data analysis. Power Query and Power Pivot for data transformation and modeling. Dashboards, using Conditional Formatting. What-If tools. Familiar with Macros.
