Financial Crimes Compliance Standards
● To develop a robust Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) function in HL Bank in line with the Hong Leong Bank Berhad/Hong Leong Financial Group and HL Bank AML/CFT Management Policy including applicable laws and regulations
● To develop in co-ordination with all business units and/or operations (where relevant) an appropriate and integrated framework of FCC policies, SOPs, procedures and standards, to manage the Bank's AML risk
● To promote a HL Bank culture of compliance centred on awareness and understanding of FCC risks and responsibilities consistent with expectations of the Board and regulatory authorities
