Job Summary

This is a Head, Fund & Investment role to be based in Malaysia to lead and execute the overall strategy for Fund and Investments business; including domestic and overseas in line with the Group’s overall strategy to grow recurring income and assets under management.


Roles and Responsibilities: 
Investment Management

Execute overall strategy for Investments across geographies, real estate asset classes and asset lifecycles to grow recurring income and assets under management

Develop asset strategy, medium-term asset plan and financial budgets at asset level and drive implementation in collaboration with the Asset Management unit, including implement asset enhancement initiatives and maintenance capex requirements for existing and acquired assets to meet financial/returns targets
