Head - Fundraising & Partnerships

We are looking for a strategic person to
build and institutionalise Rizq's fundraising and partnerships function,

ensuring strong alignment, prioritisation, and fund-readiness as we engage with larger and more complex donor and partner ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Rizq's
  grant + fundraising strategy

and manage the full proposal/pipeline process
- Build and manage
high-impact partnerships

(donors, multilaterals, corporates, academia, government
- Strengthen
donor relations

through structured communication, reporting coordination, and continuity
- Improve internal systems:
CRM, SOPs, workflows, evidence packs, pitch decks

, and fund-readiness materials
- Provide
team leadership

and cross-functional coordination with programs + Research & Policy
- Ensure strong
governance, compliance, ethics, and risk management
