Get to Know the Role

We are seeking a visionary and execution-oriented Head of Autonomous Fleet Operations to architect our operational footprint from the ground up. In this high-impact leadership role, you will be the architect of our physical operations, building the organization, processes, and culture required to scale our autonomous fleet safely and efficiently. You will recruit and lead a multi-disciplinary team across three core functions: Vehicle Maintenance, Command Center Operations, and Field Service Staff. You won't just manage existing flows; you will write the playbooks, define the decision-making frameworks, and lead the charge on new market deployments.

You will be reporting to the global GM of Autonomous. We welcome applications from candidates based in the United States.
