Head - Group Internal Audit & Risk Management

About the Role

We are
seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to head our
Group Internal Audit & Risk Management
(GIARM) function. This role reports functionally to
the Audit & Risk Management Committee (ARMC) and
administratively to the Group Chief Executive
Officer.

The successful candidate will lead the
Group’s internal audit and risk management activities, ensuring
strong governance, regulatory compliance, operational integrity,
and continuous improvement across the
organisation.

Key
Responsibilities

1. Leadership &
Governance

• Lead and manage the Group
  Internal Audit & Risk Management
  function.
• Develop and execute the annual
  internal audit plan for ARMC approval.
• Present
  audit findings, risk reports, and recommendations to
  ARMC.
• Foster a strong culture of governance,
  risk awareness, and compliance.
