Job Description
Build a performance management system: annual appraisal cycle, KRA setting, continuous feedback
Conduct annual employee engagement survey; present results and action plan to CEO
Conduct annual HR compliance audit across all locations (offices + field sites): identify gaps and implement corrective actions
Ensure full compliance with all applicable labour laws
Design and execute annual L&D calendar: technical training for the staff, managerial development for Functional Heads, and leadership coaching for CXOs
Own the full recruitment cycle for all positions in the hiring plan. Design structured interview processes: competency-based interviews, technical rounds, psychometric ...
