Role Overview

The Head of Corporate HR leads the HR agenda for Corporate functions, partnering with business leadership to drive organizational capability, culture, and performance. The role ensures strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee experience, and HR governance for Corporate Functions, while enabling line leaders to deliver business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as strategic HR partner to corporate leadership, translating business priorities into workforce plans, structure, succession, and people solutions.
• Lead talent acquisition for corporate roles and drive specialized Talent programs.
• Build capability and succession for key corporate roles through competency development, coaching, mentoring, and structured learning journeys.
• Strengthen culture, engagement, values, recognition, and overall employee experience across Corporate Offices.
